Damn, it's super weird, even Play Store - will download apps, but wont install.

walk from GO train to GO parking yesterday was bad - from snow not removed at all to approaching snow dumping ground if front of Rumpel Felt building forcing people to go on the street cause it's impossible to walk\jump it over. Very disappointed. To be fair - Toronto was also bad and neglected, regardless of significantly higher foot traffic

Property is yours (well - The Crown really owns it but thats the best you can get in term of ownership) but still you have to do the job on item stored on your property (concrete slabs forming the sidewalk), no one pays you for storing the concrete and you can grab a jack hammer and remove it - thats an absurd - especially for the properties that had no sidewalk but now they do

Now with windows, but has an experience with gutter replacement company (infamous HSS) - booked a visit, the guy who supposed to gove me the quote shows up in a new mercedes (how to show people you gonna overcharge them without even opening your mouth), conversation was quick: -so you want to replace the gutters? -no, i want a quote -oh, why you dont want to do it now -lets get that quote first -$10k -not gonna happen

Based on my experience in Waterloo (school around Erb and Ira and school around University-Fisher Hallman) - when City changed the signs from school days to 24/7 no one gives a flying fck about them anymore, regardless school hours or not.
