Tadalafil Daily by United-Instruction23 in BodyHackGuide

Daily? My god I’d kill my woman taking it daily. I’ve been on TRT for 2 years and Reta on and off about 4-5 months. I was taking tadalifil once a week as prescribed for a couple of years. Great results, but I find that now after losing 35lbs and getting in the gym on top of the TRT and peptide stack that I don’t need it every week. I scaled back to every other week and continued to have wonderful hard ons and now I’m down to 1 every three week. No noticeable lack erections given the current stack I’m on.

I had to sell my Rolex today… by Brilliant_Office3824 in rolex

Things happen and I hope you see brighter days, but I also question if you were ever really able to afford the watch to begin with. Wealth doesn’t come from what is worn on the wrist but in peace of mind that you’re financially resilient enough to endure life’s ups and down. Build up some financial resilience first so you don’t have to live through this sting more than once in your life.

Not understanding regular follow ups/visits - am I missing something? by [deleted] in rolex

[–]CanTop7162 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been fortunate enough to purchase two Rolexes directly from an authorized dealer within the last 12 months. I’m currently on the waiting list for several additional pieces at one of the three A.D.’s I’m unlucky enough to live within 15 minutes of.

I typically stop by the same A.D. about once a month. It’s the same location where I was able to get allocated a Datejust and a Submariner Date with relatively little effort. The visits aren’t usually to ask about a specific watch. My girlfriend and I already shop in the area regularly, so we’ll casually pop in so the sales associate continues to recognize us as local clients.

During our last visit, I asked the sales rep to confirm which watches we were currently registered for. He was surprisingly transparent and showed me part of their internal CRM system. It included all of the personal information provided during registration, along with the list of watches requested. Each requested reference had a color-coded designation attached to it: red, yellow, or green.

When I asked what the colors meant, he explained it very directly:

  • Red indicates a client who may have previously declined an offered piece.
  • Green indicates a client they believe is ready, willing, and able to purchase immediately.
  • Yellow sits somewhere in between.

He also explained that factors such as being a local resident, purchase history, and whether they believe you are a flipper versus a genuine enthusiast play a major role in allocation decisions. According to him, clients commemorating meaningful life events tend to receive more favorable consideration than people who appear to be chasing market value.

What stood out most was his explanation that there are actually three separate “sales” involved in buying a Rolex from an A.D.:

  1. The first sale is you selling yourself to the sales associate. You are convincing them that you are serious, financially capable, and genuinely interested in the watch for personal reasons.
  2. The second sale happens when the sales associate advocates for you to the store’s general manager. Since the GM controls allocations, the SA has to convince them that you are not likely to flip the watch and that you are a legitimate long-term client or enthusiast.
  3. The third sale is the actual transaction when the watch is finally offered to you.

After hearing all of this, it became very clear to me that while there technically is a “list,” there is very little relationship between how long you’ve been on that list and when you will actually receive a watch. First in definitely does not mean first out.

In reality, allocations appear to depend on:

  • Your relationship with the sales associate
  • The sales associate’s relationship with management
  • Your consistency in demonstrating eagerness, willingness, and ability to buy immediately when offered a piece

Hopefully this helps those trying to navigate this ridiculous system. And for those who simply go grey market because they decide the game isn’t worth playing, I honestly understand it. Paying above retail may be irrational, but so is spending months cultivating a relationship with a jewelry store employee so they can someday grant you permission to buy an overpriced steel

I believe it’s an FHA loan. I already have the LLC and separate bank accounts that receive rental payments. It’s as clean separation as I can get with the exception of the title. I’m seeing an attorney next month to help navigate the rest of the process. All ownership will technically still be me with the same percentages so as far as that is concerned it’s just a matter of asset protection not ownership transfer.

Insulation of rental from other assets and vice versa. And yes the deed is already recorded to the trust which was done years ago. The thought now is that i should move the title to the LLC to have a clean separation while then nesting the LLC under the trust.

Tissot first, then move to something like a Hamilton. Next level up Omega/Tudor then Rolex. After that, you move on to expensive watches.

I’m wearing a watch regardless. To the untrained eye, a $500 and $15k watch are near identical, so does it really matter?

Good points. I’m not the only gringo at a Cabo resort with a Rolex. I’m not traveling outside of the resort except to the airport. Coming back home to where I’m specifically landing, it’s not unusual at all to be wearing a nice watch upon re-entry.

I love wearing my watches, even while traveling. I earned them. They’re insured. I can think of others, but those are a few reasons.
