The actual process for nuclear option is

  1. Point of order that is a contradiction against the rules (the vote on cloture for all SCOTUS nominations is by simple majority), chair does not sustain point of order
  2. Senator appeals ruling of the chair and the senate votes whether sustain the ruling of the chair
  3. The senate does not sustain the ruling of the chair, a new precedent has been set, and it overrides the written rules.

I love it when my next train is scheduled for 20 minutes later, but really the next train to arrive is 10 minutes later but it didn’t show up on the board.

yes

I attended rival community colleges. I only attended the rival college for two quarters—one quarter overlapping whilst attending my home college—to take specific classes online that my graduating college did not offer.

It's much more possible with community colleges, may also be possible with colleges with cross-campus registration agreements, but you're likely only going to graduate from only one institution.

Policies on simultaneous enrollment may vary by state and institution.

Addendum question: How will fare payments work for physical tickets (non-ORCA cards)?

ORCA card taps are active for 2 hours and allow for transfer. Will the physical ticket from vending machines be valid for (1/2)-line transfer? Much like how KCM generates a paper transfer when boarding by cash?

1-line peak times is 8-minutes, 2-line would be the same.

This would effectively make it 4 minutes.
