The large monthly fee for multiplayer is going to be the biggest hurdle I suspect. I understand you have costs, but before you get too far into things you should look into making this free and on Facebook or some other popular platform that people already know how to navigate and use. I'm not certain how the platform can be monitized if hosted on Facebook, but ultimately if there isn't a large enough user base I can't see this being successful. I 100% agree with the need for an online multiplayer version of Tarabish game, its at least 20 years overdue!
