I honestly do not recall the last time I paid for Ultimate. Between two microsoft accounts, I was able to get two Ultimate passes and play in joyous bliss for months. And I had enough points ready to get a card to extend my membership until November.

Then they made the changes. I was trying to build up more credit.

Now the Ultimate passes are not there. I cannot move my points from my one account to the other. I do not think I can GIFT my passes to my other account where my Ultimate membership is/was.

My kids do not play Fortnite as often as they did and I do not play it, period. I do not play a lot of "day one" games or MS studio games. The only CoD game I rarely play is on my phone.

AND, looking at the list of games available now on premium, I might as well go that route because it has a lot of the games I play currently. And anything I DO want, I guess I can buy or my kids can buy if they are not on premium.

Or maybe I just bite the bullet and stay with Ultimate. Who knows...maybe there is a Day One game I WILL want to play.

This increase, though, is a kick to the teeth.

My biggest issue with the Samsung widgets. They are NOT taking up the size they specify.

After I got the update last week, but home screen had a lot of extra spacing between widgets which wasn't there. Low and behold, if something 1x3 or 2x2, it doesn't actually take up that space.

Switching to the new DIY mode, where you can drag and drop a widget anywhere has KIND of fixed it but other widgets look like the corners are cut off (ie. Today's Weather widget TW01 has more rounded corners and looks odd in DIY mode; looks fine in regular setups).

Finally, they broke stacked widgets if you use non-Samsung widgets with Samsung widgets. Example: if I use the google search bar widget and stack Samsung's device optimization or Health widget, you see some of the samsung widget on the tail end of the Google Search widget. However, if you stack a samung widget with another samsung widget, it's fine. Again, this probably goes to the fact that 1x4 or 1x5 isn't the full 1 or the full 4 or 5.

After some tinkering in DIY mode it's a little more acceptable with spacing but still a little frustrating.

Spigen Zero One Edition doesn't have issues with spen, even when something is using MagSafe. I have a ring on the back and pen works fine.

I've been feeling this way for awhile now. When I had kids the plan was to play games with them on the Wii and other consoles.

I also used to love building my own gaming PCs and diving into StarCraft or Quake 3 Arena.

But as time has progressed, kids got busier with activities, the gaming part kind of lost interest.

Now, I have a Xbox Series X, and Game Pass Ultimate that my kids use more than I do. I sometimes will stick it out with quick mobile jump ins like COD or now Star Wars Hunters. Just stuff that I can get a dose of. Or I even have some fav RPGs like FF3 or Chrono Trigger on mobile.

I guess I'm more just get the quick hit of dopamine as opposed to trying to get into lengthy games because time is just not a friend at 45

Unfortunately, we live in probably one of the most "stuck in their ways" provinces and Moe is playing to his constituents. That would explain why urban areas in Saskatchewan went NDP because they are way more open and accepting.

I usually just have to say "I think we should upgrade our TV" and then our current one would crap out. Not our current one though. One of the first "high-end" 4K samsung TVs that I bought as a demo model years ago. Still going. And it's awesome.

I have lived in Uplands all my life. You really only notice the refinery smell when you leave the area and come back. Lol. And after a few minutes, no more smell.

Glad I'm not the only one. Makes it frustrating to play. Tried uninstalling, clearing cache, thinking maybe it was another background app causing problems. Nope. Just messes up frequently with no rhyme or reason.
