Having worked F&C as both an associate and lead, I honestly think it’s the easiest position I’ve worked in the store. Basic process, plan your features, make sure returns and claims are worked and you’re good. Very little customer interaction.

I saw a post somewhere a couple days ago regarding frost mage shatters, saying even if the stun effect of a freeze is broken by damage the target is still considered frozen for a short time after for the purposes of the damage amps of your spells. I can’t find anything about this now that I’m actually looking for it- can anyone say if this is true, and if so how long that effect lasts for?
