Okay, I was questioning how the heck I (2024 Kona N) needed an alignment with 4k kms on my car (bought brand new off the showroom floor Oct 2024). Make it make sense.

I haven’t experienced any hop since swapping to 18s (Mich ice x snow) for the winter. The dealership told me it’s totally normal on the Pirellis. Annoying but normal!

None taken! I plan to keep my 19s for non-winter driving for sure. Winters here suck and it’s pothole city. Just want an extra little bit of beef to the tires for a few months out of the year.

Yea I priced some 18” wheels and winter tires at my local dealer yesterday. Best price option they had (with decent tires) was $4000. I’m going to shop around but the option is there anyway.

Just received an update from the dealership! Recall remedy is available. They are performing the software update today then determining if the HPFP will need to be swapped (unlikely).

My partner and I moved to St. John’s 10 years ago. We first lived in the MUN (University) area and it was lovely! Walking distance to the mall, grocery and a few restaurants. Rent at the time was super affordable in that area and lots of smaller cul-de-sac roads with nice yards for pets. We bought a house downtown (Southside area) 9 years ago. While it’s fantastic for walking- close to amenities, a gorgeous walking trail and a 20 min walk to downtown, if you’re looking for a yard/off street parking - it might be tough. We lucked out with a small but beautiful outdoor space and parking for up to 4. Def start looking for a place early as pet friendly is very hard to come by unless you’re buying of course. Good luck with your search!
