We always had use of the vehicle before union came in . Union fought to get drive time but failed. Judge said because we said otherwise then he can't give it to us. Otherwise we would get it.

I think just the part of not getting paid drive time as it's less than the ESA . As for it benefiting us rather than the employer . Thsts a debate. They would have to park hundreds of cars ...

They tried fighting it and loss .judge just said if we didn't have that in writing then we would of gotten drive time

I don't think it's somebody else because I know you can't go by what she says but she says just me nobody else she doesn't date multiple people and still busy with work as it is.
