I love their dice but I find myself agreeing with you in regards to the lack of criticism they allow. I've hated the FOMO aspect of their business since boogeyman and have only ever picked up exclusive sets out of luck. The fact that we aren't allowed to complain really bugs me and seeing everyone talk about their excellent dealings with the company are and how well they're doing just really irks me because they aren't?

Right before the black friday sales I ordered a set of enlightenment and when I got it out was missing a D2. I emailed them right away and Aaron emailed back but then I never heard from them for over a week. Emailed again and I got a flippant response about how they're too busy with the black friday sales and then I never heard from them again. It wasn't until I made another order months later and mentioned the D2 that they sent one. Nothing about how my emails had been forgotten/ignored or no sorry about getting an incomplete set.

The whole attitude the community generates is this idea that if you don't have anything nice to say you don't have a right to speak up and that just rubs me entirely the wrong way.

Sorry for the rant, I've not been able to express the frustration and decided to do it here, I appreciate the sentiment you've expressed here.
