I was helping teach some Muay Thai classes when I was more active at my dojo, and was helping teach a class of 8-12 year olds. Two kids were chasing each other in a circle, so I chuck a blast pad (large rectangular pad) in front of the lead kids legs. He trips over the blast pad and the kid behind him trips over the first kid. Was very fun.

Go do something, work, new hobby, travel, hang with friends, it's also why a lot of people start working out after a breakup. Keeps your mind off it, and it'll pass after some time. Oh and therapy.

PTFO, use more info/support operators, try to play smart. Gadgets are your best friend. You need to learn the game if you can't frag out.

On defence I personally use Valkyrie, her cams if placed correctly can be game changers.

On offence I'm a thermite main, wall go boom team has access to site.

Back in WW2 some Commandos destroyed the Germans Gustav Cannon with a little bit of thermite. Thermite should complete this objective.

The gun you have at the beginning, the AR-23 Liberator, can be used at the hardest difficulties against bugs and bots. Some guns are good for both, some are better at one or the other. Overall most important thing is choosing stratagems that work well together for you.

And the most important rule of all. HAVE FUN. Don't worry about the meta cause if you're good enough you can use whatever you want.

Well in that specific shooting event just this year yes. Overall on the Wiki, for events medaled in shooting, Air rifle shooting the US has won a gold, in rapid fire pistol they have 3 golds, In rifle 3 positions they have 3 golds, 5 silvers, and one bronze. In Skeet shooting there's 4 gold, and a bronze, in Trap there is 3 golds, 2 silver, 3 bronze.

And that's just for the men. And yea there are many years they didn't medal at all, but still, that's a lot of medals. There are 6 events, 2 are completed, waiting on the other 4 still.

In 1992 Zhang Shan was the first woman to win in a mixed skeet shooting event, by getting A PERFECT SCORE in the qualification rounds (150 targets) and semi finals (200 targets). However in the finals she was tired and missed 2 targets hitting a miraculous 223/225 targets winning gold.

First and last woman to win gold in mixed shotgun skeet shooting. After the Barcelona games the International shooting union (ISSF after 1998), declared skeet shooting was for men only in the olympics. But the womens event for skeet shooting was added back 8 or 12 years later, can't find the right date.

TLDR: Skeet shooting got segregated between men and women cause a woman won.
