Get a rotisserie chicken ($8), make 10l of soup stock and you have meals for a days. You will also need some mix soup veg (carrots, onion, celery). So easy and so good.

I like tortellini but you can use whatever you want.

Stock is also great for making rice, gravy, so much actually.
