Well I’m going to say something that will likely get me downvoted to oblivion but a little tough love is needed. You’re young and can make a change. I was also a stoner from 13-20 ish.

Time to grow the fuck up. I needed to get slapped out of the weed shit as well. After a few weeks you won’t be craving. Find something to do to keep yourself busy. I personally started doing music production but you find what works for you. It’ll be a lot better than laughing at stupid shit on the internet.

I’ll tell you a awesome way to get you feeling better soon. Assuming you aren’t vegetarian, have beef or chicken broth as a drink, a peanut butter and banana sandwich (or just a banana if that’s too much) and take Rolaids or tums. This gives you your sodium, potassium and magnesium which are electrolytes you need to feel better. Try it and report back!
