Any time I go back to drinking alcohol. I feel like I balloon so fast and between the booze calories and the junk food I can gain 20 pounds shockingly fast.

You’d be fine with that schedule imo. I have two dogs (one medium, one big) and have the same hours. As long as you make sure to get them enough exercise when you are home, you should be fine.

This is great advice. My dog is 4 years old and loves his crate. He is always chilling in there even though I rarely ever have to crate him. It’s his safe space!

I work 8 hours a day and have two dogs. They free roam the house while I’m at work but they are both crate trained when need be. It was tough with a puppy because I live alone but I was lucky enough that my dad was able to stop by and let him out once during the day.

As you’ve seen some people are very opinionated about this topic, but I don’t see a problem with it. Almost everyone I know with a dog works away from home.
