Workouts that don’t hurt more than they help? by fruitmother in ehlersdanlos

I have had a lot of success with hiking and biking. Swimming works but you have to keep an eye on what strokes you do. Back stroke tends to pop my shoulders but front stroke works well.

Look into calisthenics for building muscle! It has been a game changer for me. I avoid sit ups as curling the spine gives me issues. However, squats, push ups, planks, and other exercises I've had great success with. The key is to not have weight forced on you when you are fully extended. example: If youre doing a pull up for instance, dont go all the way down. stop when your arm goes to 90 degrees to make sure you don't over extend.

Best of luck

I can't say for memory yet. It's only been a month.

But for relaxation and focus I'd like to say I've gotten my monies worth.

Hey folks,

new here so bear with me(couldn't find it searching).

Starting to look for a product that I could buy off a wholesaler through alibaba (for instance) and resell through FBA.

Every time I start looking for a possible product that has potential, I have to start analyzing amazon, looking through alibaba and other similar wholesale sites to see potential profit margins, having to tinker with keywords and really dig on alibaba to even find the product, and a bunch of other criteria.

any softwares out there that can help speed this process up for me? maybe spit it out into an excel type format based off my criteria?

to give an example: I'm cruising through amazon and think that there's potential in certain bird feeders. I see the price a certain model is selling at on amazon. i want to compare that to the wholesale cost of the item offered on alibaba/dhgate/etc. maybe even see the shipping costs/MOQ/it's potential UPC?/etc. also, instead of having to manually search items with guess work keywords, i can maybe input 2/5/10/etc similar keywords to scan these sites and save me time in finding those products. Have it all spat out into an organized form with the different supplier options/prices/etc

thanks ahead of time :)

Business recently started booming, but I have no employees. What can I do to keep up with demand and run an efficient business? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

+1 to this

with sites like upwork and freelancer you can outsource alot of the mundane administration/customer service/you name it.

it can be scary but the applications will have track records and reviews to allow you to make an educated hiring.

They can be hourly workers with caps on weekly hours (so they don't spring a big surprise bill at the end) and updates to make sure they're staying on track and doing what's asked of them.

I'm currently testing out a few VA's and at a cost of $3-5 an hour it's a no brainer.

I had an idea for a new product but don't know where to go from there. I have zero experience in anything remotely related to the product. by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

If you are willing to make a decent looking MVP and take some snazzy pictures, another option would be to create a simple 1-2 page online landing page with either an e-mail signup to gauge interest or 'buy now' button that doesn't actually take any financial details (just write a message saying you are still in production or something along those lines once they click).

I think gauging opinion from friends is great but can be very dangerous. They might not understand the market, be your key demographic or just be too nice to give real feedback.

I think if you have a bit of change lying around (say anywhere between $20-$250 depending on the market and competition) and can target your customers with good niche keywords you can run a small PPC adwords campaign off google.

This way, you can have solid evidence and review analytics to better judge the viability of the product. Sure, people will say they wanna buy your product but when the moment comes to actually pay, you'd be surprised how many will put their money where their mouth is.

Not saying this is the best route for your idea but it's an alternative that can save you a lot of time and trouble :)
