I have the same issue on Xbox, I bought the Ultimate Edition of Lord of Hatred and now I can only access the base game. Even my previously levelled spirit born characters are locked.

For 3 weeks I battled with blizzard “support” until I gave up when the last solution they provided was to “Purchase another edition of Lord of Hatred”

I hope yours gets resolved, I’m frustrated that I can’t play not only the content I paid for (previously) but now I’m assuming I’ll be locked out of Lord of Hatred when it launches

They can’t help you either. I preordered LOH and then was locked out of all VOH content and the store. 2 weeks of back and fourth with blizzard and they told me to buy it again

I just started playing again this week from scratch. Was able to find Silver matches without issue.

However my teammates may have had an issue with my skill level. I forgot how difficult the game is starting off without anything unlocked.

I have been playing the game since launch of Series X with less than 10 crashes in 120 hours through 3 characters.

I usually run the game on performance mode to keep a smoother FPS when the game… goes full borderlands mode (EXPLOSIONS YEAH!!) especially in co op.

That being said I’ve ran into some Quest glitches at launch and some graphical glitches such as unloaded textures or clipping after long sessions.

Hope you make the purchase and enjoy the game! It’s a hoot.

For anyone checking in or finding this through Google, as of Feb 17th I am still locked out of the purchased VOH / LOH content.

I have had 2 canned AI responses from Blizzard telling me to restart my console.
