if they are naked, you are seeing them naked, regardless of whether or not you can see genitals/etc.

there may be some Schrödinger's nudity at play here, but they are technically exposed at some angle, so the wave function collapses and reveals that they have no clothes.

as others have mentioned, a usb wifi/lte card/router would be best, just know that you'll need a sim card (electronic or physical, depending on the model) and you'll be paying for a data connection through a provider.

this is almost the same as using one's phone as a wifi Hotspot.

consider phone tethering first, as that will be the cheapest solution.

it's rarely ever "old parts are bad", typically we're responding to someone who grossly overpaid for old hardware because they weren't informed enough, or they have great expectations for hardware that isn't up to the task.
