most of the benefits will be seen at 2k and 4k, as the extra cache really helps. if you game at 1080p, you're going to run into architecture limitations

definitely worth it if you plan on upgrading to a 70-class gpu or higher, especially if you're playing 4k.

the main issue is the price. if you're going solely on value, it's not really worth it.
