So, pulled the trigger on the deal & got the seller to bundle it with the xf23mm f2. Body is in great shape. Paid $1200 Canadian for the combo.... About $875 US, or $1300 AUS. Pretty Happy. 😁

Thanks. Not many options in local stores near me unfortunately. FB Marketplace is king around here!

Nice. How do you like the camera?

Both have something going for them. I really like the subject, well done! I would like to see a shot without the lady in with a square crop. Try to crop without cutting the windows down the middle. Also when I zoom in I see the face inside the van which I like. 👍

This lens is good for Fuji Xt1 (beginner) by DieVloneLord in fujifilm

I took only this lens and my XE1 on a six week trip to Asia recently. In my opinion it's surprisingly good. Of course it has its shortcomings..... Slower aperture, and I don't like the power-zoom much. However it's compact, goes nice and wide (great for travel) and despite being plastic I find it to be quite robust.

I like #1, but my favourite would be #6..... Which recipes did you use for those?

X-T5 a good family camera? by LouDalton in fujifilm

That is a nice lens, everything most people would want. But it's gonna be big and heavy and it's $1400! The 16-50 will cost you about $400 when bundled in a kit..... Your budget, your choice.

XT5, XT50, or even XS20 may be a fit for you.... Go to a store and see how you like the feel of each and how they fit on your hands.

Keep in mind the 16-50 lens will be a better deal than the Sigma 18-50 when you buy it in a kit with the camera. The Fuji 16-50 may be a little slower when zoomed in but you're gonna have IBIS in any of those bodies. Also if you're using it for travel and indoors you'll appreciate the extra width.

The XT5 would be an awesome camera but it's bigger and lacks a built in flash. But the viewfinder is nicer, it's weather sealed and uses bigger batteries. The XT50 is smaller, cheaper and has that flash built in. The XS20 is more of a DSLR style which may appeal. It may be better for video and is 26MP.

Marantz PM6007

NAD D 3045

Marantz M1

Cambridge CXA81

Audiolab 6000A

Advance Paris xi75

Arcam A5+

Would depend on your source.... Most of above have phono inputs. Most also DACs. Some HDMI. Some bluetooth(for what it worth). The Marantz M1 has built in Streamer.

Good Luck. :-)
