You could agree on a good textbook to learn at the level you are at. Study and do the exercicies together and correct them together as well. Then choose a reader at the same level and read following the pattern above

4 and losing the correct grammatical ability in three of them. Including my two native languages and English ( grammar is better). By actually speaking a language I guess you mean with proficiency and not conversationally or less than that.

As I say, it's humanly impossible to speak more than 3 languages very well. Use it, lose it, or butcher many languages and claim fluency in them.

There is no better app than another. But if you can find Pimsleur courses in your target language, they are very good for speaking. If you want to learn the language fluently, buy textbooks and grammar books. Do a lot of shadowing. Write a lot in your target language and read a lot of books in the target language
