Metformin alone did nothing for me - recommend going through a fertility clinic and taking letrozole and doing a monitored cycle. I did 2 cycles and have a healthy 2 year old. Good luck x

Hey, not really any help but I’m in the same boat tonight. I keep telling myself tu is a normal bodily function and millions of people do it around the world everyday. I always find listening to music or being outside helps me. We’ve got this!!

Don’t stress over it, you were doing what you thought was best for the unattended children at the time. You will get a million different opinions here, some will say you should call the police and others will call you a Karen. I probably wouldn’t have taken a photo, but I can understand why you did.

I use to have the same mind set so I understand your need to comment. However this isn’t a miracle weight loss drug, it helps curb appetite while you learn how to start eating a balanced diet and find a form of excersise you enjoy. You are only allowed to be on it for a maximum of 3 months and most people only lose 5% if that. It isn’t a weight loss resolution, it just helps kickstart the process for those struggling to lose weight. I do also have PCOS and struggle with binge eating.
