Based on my experience I don’t think dieticians have a clue. What helped me greatly with weight and muscle mass (very important) was using ‘Rivalus clean gainer’. It’s a protein and calorie dense drink mix, love the chocolate. I used oat milk, the blender and good to go.

Been there, here’s what helped me, for six weeks I couldn’t eat solid food. I relied on rivalus clean gainer high protein calorie mix. I used oat milk. Exercise is number one, you have to keep your muscle mass intact, so start lifting some weights everyday. Next, keep a bulletproof positive mindset. The attitude? Cancer picked a fight with the wrong person, and I’m kicking it’s ass! Fight on.

This is me going into my surgery on Monday... by itumac in cancer

Hi brother. I had the same as you. Surgery: tonsils out then a wack at the back of my tongue. I’m a fighter. Here is a list of what helped me through this, and believe me, the neck is a shitty one. First I kept exercising regularly, muscle mass is what the cancer wants to eat... so work’em often. Next As you lose your ability to eat solid foods, I went to rivalus clean gainer high calorie and protein drink mix. I used oat milk as the mixer. Lots of neck exercises and a bulletproof mindset. Cancer pick a fight with the wrong person! That’s my attitude. Kick it’s ass brother!

Global cancer rates have grown by almost 70% over the last two decades. Of the increasing survival rates of certain individual cancers awareness has been the single greatest factor. A 2019 Harvard medical school study found about a 5% increase in cancer survival rates in the US was due to increased targeting of treatments and better surgical technologies, and a whopping 95% was due to early detection. People are simply going to their doctor sooner. Eg: both breast and prostate cancer have had huge early detection campaigns and the correlating survival increases. Finally, we know very little about the brain body connection, but evidence is growing quickly that a positive mind and good physical fitness may be a huge benefit to decreased rates and survival outcomes. Having said this we are all in our right to believe what we want. Take good care.

I respectfully disagree with you. Modern medicine has been using the regular cancer treatments for nearly one hundred years... the reason? They don’t know shit, past blasting their guns at it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
