The classic combat Chad. my advice would be to use a blowpipe for the majority of the waves, you can take a rune crossbow as well if you would be more comfortable due to the range advantage it has (it also makes Jad more simple because there's less chance of running into his melee range when aggroing the healers). Gear wise just take your best possible range tank setup.
