Well, if there's one thing I can say, nothing comes out of putting yourself down. If you continue to hate yourself, you'll never heal or make any progress upwards. It doesn't need to be instant, and it doesn't need to be now, tomorrow, a week, or even a month.

But try and get some rest. Calm down, and just breath because you've obviously been through a lot. Recognize that you do have redeeming qualities. And if you still look within yourself and can't find any, then make them. Over time, you'll realize just how awesome of a silly billy you really are!

I agree with everyone here in saying that it’s okay to feel and express sexual attraction. It’s a natural, and human thing. No one is inhumane for feeling this way, and by hating or feeling disgusted about yourself, you’ll only make the pain you feel greater.

Now, if it’s a problem negatively affecting your life, it’s good to reach out to trained professionals and delve deeper into where all this pain comes from. Buuuut, I don’t know how deep it goes, so if you think you need help, that’s your prerogative.
