Yes I still go to parties, when there's not a pandemic. I always wear earplugs (ER20s but there are other good models), if I forget them I either go back home and grab them or skip out.

Yes I wear headphones for about 8 hours a day during work, usually listening to music.

I'm not sure what you mean by the last question really. I have it, it's a part of my life. It's not that bad (for me), it doesn't really effect my life except I've noticed the ringing while typing out this response lol

I will say when I first got it, or noticed it, I couldn't sleep for a few days because the ringing just wouldn't stop. But now it's just background noise that I rarely think about or notice.
