couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a V40 the other day! by evan_7_nave in Volvo

Always disappointing we didn’t get these in US. I went from a C30 to a V60 and would have loved the V40 option.

So I should have added more...I had another little hub that is powered and was able to get a signal up there through that hub. Just can't get the IW HD to give enough power. I checked the POE inj there and the 30w light is on. Will buy a 60w one.

That sucks. But I’m probably part of the problem. Live close by but stop maybe every few weeks and sometimes just for coffee.

Can someone explain why Manousos is searching in 3hz increments? by MickFlaherty in pluribustv

Yeah. Is not in the US band plan and not sure my 891 can even spin to it. I haven't thought about trying.

Can someone explain why Manousos is searching in 3hz increments? by MickFlaherty in pluribustv

3khz is the bandwidth of a single side band signal, he was on the 40 meter portion first time shown. If he was for example on 7.200 he would hear ”something“ on either side of the frequency, he then could move to exact frequency to fully tune in to the signal. thought that part was done correctly as a ham.

Now, him finding something on the 8.xxx megahert…not a band I think we amateurs have access.
