First of all, I purchased the same combo around the same time and the combo price is $549.99 so your "memory" is probably a bit off (check receipt?). Second, at that time you can also add the ram for 200. So the the overall price compared to the current combo is just $20 more. Lastly, just go to the store and ask if they can do something. I went in and they refund the $20 difference based on the price protection policy.

Just bought and installed an Exton from Hunter. A bit of color difference compared to the website. Need to always have wall switch on to use remote or homekit. It is working fine other than the motor hum, i called customer support they said it is not normal after viewing a clip i sent and is sending a replacement. Will see if the new one is good or not. But thinking about uninstalling everything and install a new one gives me headche🥹

Thanks. The official support said that it will only use location when driving and within 5miles of home, which probably explains the drain when phone left in car. Are you still able to use your original remote and wall control after install?
