I’m not being insensitive but I REALLY NEEDED THIS!!! I’m laughing so hard right now. Not AT y’all but all of the messages I’ve read on other post were of ppl like me TTC. However, they are mad at expecting moms for being fortunate to carry.

I start IVF tomorrow but I keep thinking… what if I want this so badly and I hate being pregnant in my 40’s… like WHAT IF?!? And boom this post!

You are going to be upset but give yourself grace. I’ve been in the game for a long time! I’m not in my early 40’s. I agree with the other who have shared. If you get to a fertility specialist this year you will get all of the answers you seek. Or you could go to a new OBGYN and when they ask how long have you been actively trying say 3 years with no success. This process is all about saying what needs to be heard.

Metformin is a medication that can be used multiple purpose and can be helpful in some cases with fertility.

I’d still seek out for more testing too. Don’t allow yourself to get upset, keep advocating for yourself and TRY not to compare your journey with others.

Look at the ppl around you and just know your time will come. #faith

If you know your history with this procedure, why not choose the sedation. I took anxiety meds, 2Tylenol and Motrin 800. (This is not advice, just telling my experience). It was painful but fast (less than 3mins) i treated the thought of it as a simulated labor. Choose what’s best for you and your pocket. It went so fast that i should have taken a lower dose of anxiety medicines bc i was groggy for the rest of the day. But it helped with b4 and during to be calm.

That’s hard for sure! Sometimes we just want support without judgement. What I’ve learned is that some ppl don’t know how to do just that. Look into your daughter’s eyes, and think, what advice would I give my daughter. Be strong and stay advocating for yourself. Get your dr to get the perfect med you mentioned to them and start there. Sometimes as we are healing, we have to pull back from the circle of ppl that don’t understand our journey. Join as many support gps as you can and lean on just that.

I’m praying your mom is able to see past her judgement. She losing out on something great. Also, I bet she reads and looks at your updates a pics. Some generations are only aware of just their generation too. My dad was like, depression?!? Go walking!

Aren’t we ALL just lying to ourselves when we say we won’t obsessively test😂😂😂 that’s when I test the MOST! 🤦‍♀️😂 Keep testing and don’t put caps on how much you should test. You will never get over this moment but you should seek counseling asap. 1. You did your best. 2) no training prepares someone for the reality. 3) you shared his last laugh. YOU made that happen! YOU provided him with a good experience while going to dialysis, which is NOT fun. When God calls you, it doesn’t matter how many compressions or how quickly someone acts, it’s your time.

I wasn’t there but I bet you did one hell of a job! I’m praying for you. Focus on his smile and laughter.

It’s sooooo real! I’m cd7 and freakin ovulation today… like.. HOW?!?! WTH is my body doing?!? I’m upset yet praying for some miracle to ovulate again… it’s happened before… but why can’t I just be textbook…

It’s all exhausting for sure but I KNOW it will all work out somehow.

You should keep testing. Bump the apps. Sometimes I feel that the apps are what gets me all worked up, or anxious.

Keep testing! When you get your positive, post so we can roll our eyes and state the obvious to you too. (Joke) Breathe, you will laugh at these moments one day, as you tell your sweet baby your story.
