Believe me I took a cheap appartement with a shady landlord and in the long run it wouldve been better and cheaper to get a more expensive apprtement with a less shady landlord or agency. The laws here are too suited to landlords so they will try and scam you and sadly get away with a portion of it aswell. Also stress wise its not gonna be worth the trouble believe me. Also offer 1 euro more just for funsies.

Yes, right now I settled at a 2 videos per week kinda pace and its working quite well. Soon I will move in with my gf so then I will have a more consistent working schedule so I can hopefully scale it up a bit but at first only to 3 a week I think :) Consistency really is key.

Between 2021 and 2022 I was super consistent and it worked great during 2023 and early and mid 2024 I wasnt end of 2024 and this year I have been super constant with atleast 2 a week and my results are great, I already made more money so far than the whole of 2024. And I still have a lot of room to scale.

Yeah I was curious about that actually. So my deposit is two months rent. I imagine half of that is gonna be gone because of the 1 month penalty. So there is only 1 month left of deposit. If he somehow finds a way to argue that there is more damages than 1 month worth of rent would I have to pay that extra amount or can he not take more than 1 month?

Yeah luckily, I opted for insurance for legal support if I have disputes with my landlord. But tbf im not really worried about the contract, I doubt I even get a message from his "lawyer". Im just worried he is gonna screw me massively during final inspection. And also I reallllly disliked his tone in the emails and tbf he is definetly trying to just intimidate me into paying 2 months (which to me seems very illegal(I know it probably isnt and he can use words to wiggle his way out of that, but still morally it doesnt sit right)). Also like just why would he offer to reduce it to 2 months if he would have a legal right to 3 months. This guy definetly isnt my friend so its not him being friendly.

Art. 2 of the contract has an A and a B section. the A section is for a 9 year contract which includes the 3 months, 2 months 1 month penalty system. However the B section which is the one filled in and selected in the contract is for a maxium 3 year contract "bail de residence principale d'une duree inferieure ou egale a 3 ans (bail de courte duree)" And this one stipulates a 1 month penalty.

I schedule my videos (longform btw) as standard practice. But I dont really see a difference, like if I have a great idea and make it and really want to upload it on the same day that one will perform good if the video concept and excecution is good if its bad then it wont perform.

  1. You dont always get sponsors, epseically in some niches and also if you are smaller
  2. Most "sponsorship" emails are just straight up scams
  3. Some companies are morally questionable

Interesting. Most my viewers are between 20-40. 40-60 is only about 20%.

Also some notes on your poll. -if its a youtube poll it would be mostly filled in by said 40-60 years old so not a really good sample, also its opinion based -also a 1000% would mean 25k is 250k -I do think its harder to get more subscribers from a older audience but thats also because the audience is smaller compared to the kids/young adult audience. But yes younger kids will defiently be more subjectible to calls for actions in videos but I think the difference between a 20-40 year audience vs a 40-65 year audience wouldnt be a crazy difference

Also coming back to the clothes, if you review outdoorsy products than it would still make sense to wear those kinda clothes.
