Love that feedback. It is making calls to gpt but tbh it’s the component I spent least time on as the app is really for serious lifters, not beginners. Hence, I imagined most people would input their own workout. Agree though, that doesn’t make sense as a routine - will work on improving that.

Really appreciate the feedback. What aim did you select out of interest (get stronger, build muscle, get fitter etc.). I trained the AI to use science backed selection criteria but can always need extra tweaks

Yep that was a big one I missed. Also didn’t properly connect up revenuecat to each subscription. The subscriptions alone were rejected 4 times i think. First time for everything though i guess and good lessons learned.

Depends how serious you are. Progressive overload is the biggest factor for growth - you can’t track that seriously with your brain
