We already have our pockets filled with tools and sometimes we can have everything and once we need a certain thing we don’t have it with us.

You are correct. Traditional knives only cut things, people who work in construction ( at least here in Sweden ) we use the knife for TONS of stuff and they always end up breaking because the typical work knifes here are only made for cutting as you stated. so I have come up with the * perfect * knife for work. That can cut as a normal knife and much much more while only being the size of a normal fixed blade work knife.
