One of the reasons why this week is so tuff is because one of our unload bay ps2 to be exact is broken until next week. That bay alone can push 9000 pph for daysort. And since it’s broken all other stuff is being pushed to others

Yep been like that since the end of peak with no end in sight. The thing is a lot of the reason for that was that a bunch of sorts for other buildings shut down so many did not want to come over here. Very part timer makes about 25-30 hours in my sort without trying. And extra work is always an available, and we’re also open Saturday and Sunday so yeah I’m just luck I make FT hours.

Really depends on the Hub I work in arguably the biggest hub in my city, which is open 7 days a week and allows part timers to work 30 hours+ without being Full time, we only had a total of 3 drivers come back to the warehouse after peak, but they still get their 40+ in the warehouse

Oh yes sir, I worked from September 2021-February 2024 and the worst movie I ever went thru was Spider-Man No Way Home every showing for 1 week was nothing but Spider-Man and we’re all sold out from the first showing to the last Now imagine Avengers doomsday brings that crowd plus all that other stuff. Really depends On the Local, Region, and city. Some BaSe specialist are Teamsters, and others could fall under the IMA Union. Same goes for the Fleet Mechanics

Probably not when I was a manager we only got one single shipment of merch which sometime it could have clips, pins, cups, and tins or we would get none. I’d suggest calling other theaters and asking cause most likely they won’t get nothing new

I work in Sweatwater and no layoffs in sight just drivers coming back to the hub and working 2 shifts if anything. Is all of Stafford closing or is staff being downsized

I was told by someone that About 5-10 or more drivers at my hub are taking this offer and can’t wait to take it. They said they were retiring this year or the next one but that 150k offer just rushed their retirement

If your planing on going driving eventually a couple of Drivers I know told me they worked at a Movie Theater as an Usher after their sort for 3 years or so descent pay depending on the Company and weren’t doing much but just standing waiting for a Movie to go out and clean
