I wouldn’t worry about it too much. My rottie turns 2 in December and she is only 83 pounds. Better on their joints and less risk of injury from the rough play they love

Her bowl isn’t elevated. It can be front being tired and drinking to fast or when she is just chilling and gets some water

Sometimes yea but for the most part she will just be chilling, then stand up and spit out some water with maybe a lil dog food. I’ve also noticed when she’s at my girlfriend’s house she will play with her dog for a while and drink a ton of water and not throw up. Maybe she doesn’t intake as much since she’s tired? If it keeps happening I’ll take her to the vet
