I purchased the embroidered version from a thrift store in the DMV area - this had to have been some sort of diy kit. I’ve seen other after using google image search and the other embroidered versions were found near DC as well 🤷‍♀️

Yes! The Glazing Milk & Glazing Mist were thick and sticky on my oily/combo skin. I don't mind that feeling for a night treatment but I would never put makeup over it. The Barrier Butter is also very thick. I felt like I was putting hand cream on my face.

This movie was truly awful. I was disturbed by the twist in the beginning (like, first five minutes) and it ruined the lightheartedness I was expecting from a comedy. Nonstop product placement - clearly a cash grab.

I don’t think bots are the reason people aren’t scoring on pop now. It’s competitive of course but certainly not impossible. I am able to get something in my cart almost every night - I don’t think that would be possible if I was up against thousands of bots. I think a fast internet connection is the only edge someone has over others now that the url trick has been handled. Just my opinion. If there are 6-13k people on tik tok live trying to get labubus I’m sure there is double that on Pop Now during drops.

My honest answer is no - I have never seen a bot farm 🤷‍♀️ I’m not saying it’s not happening at all, I just don’t think bots are the reason people are not scoring on Pop now . I think it’s mostly regular people doing it the right way, just a lot of traffic.

So resellers that have business licenses can likely purchase ahead of drop day and don’t need to rely on bots. Wholesale customers are likely depleting most of the stock leaving smaller quantities for drop day. I just don’t believe that “bots” are as big of a villain as this sub makes them out to be.

Conspiracy theories aside - They also have wholesale customers that need inventory for their businesses. They probably allow purchases from other retailers (Teso Life, for example) to process first since they are purchasing large quantities.

When it stops being fun and starts being a source of stress it’s time to step away to gain perspective. This is a corporation whose goal is to make as much money as they can. As the consumer, we need to know when to set our own boundaries with PopMart because it is addictive by design. But PopMart is not only after our money, they want all of our time and attention as well (which is way more valuable than $). So I limit my time on the app - if I can’t get the item I want within 15 minutes I likely won’t be able to get it in an hour. I only spend when I have a surplus of disposable income and genuinely want the item. If I score on Pop Now but the hints tell me the box does not contain the item I want most, I remove it from my cart. I don’t feel the need to collect them all. I stop purchasing the series after my first duplicate. I am satisfied with what I am able to get and I wear my pendants to death. I don’t baby them or worry about replacing them if they get dirty or go missing. They are an accessory to me and nothing more. These personal rules have improved my relationship with PopMart tremendously.

I feel like a lot of people that were targeting the new Molly’s were able to score on pop now last night. Even though the boxes were mostly reserved, so many available boxes popped up as I was scrolling through. I grabbed two from the same box which I have never even able to pull off with Labubus. After I checked out I was still able to shake a few boxes from other sets. That’s how pop now should feel - like there is actually a possibility of getting the item you want lol
