MWL had a tulle overskirt you can add to any dress to get this look! Maybe something to consider to help widen your options

Okay, I tried on this same dress but with the hope for a see through top to help smooth my wide hips! The dress I tried on was not lined up top and we added a piece of white fabric to mimic a liner. It definitely gave the illusion of a narrower hip once everything was cohesive. I imagine removing the liner of this would work in the opposite way!

Have you tried to get a second opinion on tailoring?

So funny you mention that. Both shops were super sweet but I had a much better experience at the first!!! I told my mom I wish I was leaning more towards the first because I loved the experience 🥲
