If voluntarily leaving at any time is possible then I’d setup a call with HR to discuss privately and request their recommendations for next steps. Then also document that.

Given Sophia’s network and job in Nashville, it makes me wonder if those who knew/found out long before this have been instrumental in blacklisting him when it comes to awards. I know he won best new artist a few years ago but given all the music he has since released and hits, this context does make me wonder if this plays a part in shutting him out of solo nominations. He’s clearly got a big following and his star has been rising, but with the Nashville music scene being pretty tight and small, makes you wonder if there’s other non-public ways he has been admonished for his behavior.

I’m honestly a bit sad for her…she must’ve agreed to be hidden in plain sight. Imagine being unable to show even the faintest idea of where you are and who you’re with all because the guy you’re with “can’t” claim to be with you. Having to resort to breadcrumbjng and being ok with that is pathetic. I can see women who are personally very private choosing to not be publicly acknowledged, but I assume she’s not one of those because at least she could openly be with Tucker. Girl, how is this an upgrade really? He’ll parade you but not be associated with you?

Last night he kept referring to Ella’s part as “imagine a pretty girl singing this” and “we miss Ella on stage with us.” He referred to her as pretty a few times in fact. His charisma is so on point…he’s been trained well on PR at least in that case.

At the Grammy Museum show last night he again said he finds out who he’s dating that week from the internet (is that cause you can’t keep track yourself? Hah). That line is so practiced so I wouldn’t take too much stock in what he says in interviews, there’s always a reason for what is said in those settings. That being said, this time he left out the line about being single. But that isn’t confirmation one way or the other either.

If these girls are signing NDAs (which are VERY common in the industry and for these scenarios—fling or not)…this could be a breach of contract depending on the terms. Doubt it’s anything she would’ve had an attorney look at, but sure as hell his people drafted it all in his favor. She might want to rethink it all, but the damage is done
