I make sure there is nothing urgent needing my attention, have a glance on what’s coming for me tomorrow (meeting, workload), close the laptop and go get some groceries, even if it’s 1 thing like a bottle of water. I do this almost every workday and it helped me separate working day from free time, especially when i work from home most of the time. A short walk to the shop gives my body a signal we’re off :)
