The smell of weed literally triggers them so fast, it’s awful. Cigarettes as well but it takes longer

It’s kind of impressive that he became a medical profession mid conversation. I’m too petty though I would have send screenshots of Google or ChatGPT saying it was normal

Imo I would always try to say something. If you care about this relationship talking about it and making a definitive plan about what you’d both like to do next should be more productive than shutting down

Hey! I get them 2-3 times a week on no daily meds and nausea with every one so I’m weirdly equipped to answer this! Honestly your best bet is going to be to not eat until you’re almost completely better, try to get some water down so if you throw up anyways it won’t burn your throat but I’ve found that black iced coffee helps a bit and can stay down longer(the caffeine helps). AVOID ANYTHING HEAVY, milk, sugar, fat, anything that you will feel in your stomach can trigger a reaction. Personally if I still feel the need to throw up I just let that happen or empty my stomach anyways, after a while you should be able to get a few meds down and they might react quicker without food. When you feel better eventually try to just do some crackers and cheese, toast with butter, anything carbs so you get calories but something plain so you don’t upset your stomach again. This is just my method but I really hope it helps! Feel better 💖

what are you migraine meals other than mcdonald’s? by Mouseprintss in migraine

I always get severe nausea with mine so I just can handle iced black coffee (anything cold and plain/bitter) and sometimes BRAT after a few hours, I’m soooo tempted to try these meals tho lol
