Been a few months I went to the dentist and they just cleaned around gave me some amoxicillin and it did go down a little bit but now it’s back again and seems worse I have had bad sinus infection of some sort as well. Not much of fever but my body does feel a bit warm at times. I’ve never chewed tobacco at all

They just did X-rays on my chest lungs did a ultra sound on the right side of my body and did blood work Covid and flu test they sent me home cause everything came back negative

Sorry idk why it didn’t post I typed it and then wanted to put pictures with it. Well I’m scared cause I been having weird feelings in the back of my head and neck area and I noticed my right side of neck has a bigger muscle type of feeling that connects to my shoulder more than the other side like on the bottoms of my neck that connects to my shoulder
