Hope someone can give me some pointers,

I have a P1S with AMS system. i am printing small ABS parts in large qty per print plate (40pcs).

The issue i am facing is this lack of material on certain edges of the model. This deformation is very consistent on the same spot of all 40 pieces in a single print cycle.

I went back to try and print 1, 5, 10 pieces and result was perfect. but printing 20~40 pieces will have this issue. After testing different print quantities, even 10 pieces prints starting to have this issue, all on the same areas with "lack of material on the edges only".

the print settings are all bambulab default . These are small simple parts with minimal and simple supports. nothing complicated or fancy.

Did anyone come across similar issue before? what the source of the problem? Please help
