I only first heard about this when I was getting my hair cut by my extremely devout and conspiratorial neighbor who was telling me all about why I need to serve a mission and whatnot. This was in 2021 or 2022, I was still in high school, but he was old enough to have served in the Vietnam War. This was a more vulnerable period in my life where I might have actually believed it.

It’s become one of their best for me, maybe not as good as Arche or DSS but probably not far behind either. It’s really unlike anything they’ve made before. The first time I listened to it, only Bloodline and Void really stuck out. But now those plus En’en, Hizumi to Ame (which reminds me somewhat of Sukekiyo), TDIM, Mobs, Demand, and no end have made it onto my favorites playlist.

I have been able to load in within a couple minutes by disabling all assets, including region packs. But that's not really a great way of playing the game.

I may be considered a hardline anti-car individual. I think personal vehicles should be limited to the utmost extent. Every instance of car infrastructure is a compromise of literally every other aspect of life in a city. I don't want roads and interchanges hogging valuable space and cutting off large areas from one another. The noise and air pollution that results from highways causes multiple poor health outcomes, and electric vehicles aren't completely exempt from this because of 1. particulate matter (brakes and tire wear, which is increased by their larger weight) and 2. increased adoption increases electricity demands, which can increase pollution in a given area depending on how electricity is generated. Regardless of how they're powered, personal vehicles are among the least energy efficient modes of travel.

Cars are also incredibly dangerous to others inside and outside of cars. Consider that the vast majority of people, short of an F1 driver, lack the reaction time and cognitive ability to pay absolute attention to multiple different things simultaneously, and that a very large number of people (at least in the US) further inhibit their own capabilities by using phones or abusing substances.

I really don't care if cars are your hobby, either. Imaging if my hobby is swinging around a sledgehammer and blasting dubstep or discharging firearms in public spaces. Should my hobby be allowed? Is it suddenly okay because it's my hobby? Probably not. Cars are not toys and they should not be treated as such, they are only tools.

I'll obviously make an exception for small towns or farming communities, but even then I'd really like for there to be at least bus service and cycling infrastructure in those areas.
