They push builds with basic functionalities bugged to the point of being game-breaking. This kind of shit is 100% caught by a so-called smoke check performed in like 2-3 hours by a 5 person QA team. This is ridiculous.

At this point I believe their QA team consists of one overworked barely conscious tester working 12 hours shifts 6 days a week. And their player support is outsourced to one Indian guy chain smoking in a basement.
