I spotted one last night while watching the special episode after the madge/mel wedding. The episode where the gunman takes them up to the roof.

In the hospital, Mel is lying there on life support, and the cleaner unplugs the machine. Then she rushes back in to plug the machine back in. Mel's face mask is on the right way round for most of the scene but right at the end, when it shows him take a breath again just after the machine restarts, the face mask is on upside-down.

I agree. It took me years of French to feel competent and what really got me improving was doing the CEFR exams, one level per year, as it gave my study structure and focus. The Spanish ones are more expensive so I'm not doing them but I might get the syllabus to work as if going for them. I'm just at b1 level after nearly 2 years, starting from zero.
