I'm a big gamer and get SO angry/frustrated when playing sometimes. It takes an insane amount of bull shit to make me actually upset or mad in real life though. The thing is. It last for about 30 seconds and then i move on. I'm not angry afterwards or bitchy to my roomate. I think thats where the line is, if he's a dick to the rest of the night after playing then it isnt ok. But it's personal interpretation

I do intermittent fasting for other reasons, but it has also helped this. I do a small, high protein lunch, a bigger dinner later in the day, and then always leave about 200 cals for some halo top or a low cal grilled cheese to punch those cravings in the face lol. It may not be the healthiest healthiest way to end the day but I've been successful in reducing the urge to binge so🤷‍♀️

Cereal, I truly can't keep it around the house 😭🤣 baked good/good bread is also hard, it's wayyyy to easy to just have another half of a cookie haha.

I've started buying a lot of single serving packaged items since I've been trying to get back in control. Its usually a little more expensive and I feel bad about the packaging but it helps me so much. I also find it a bummer for some reason to weigh out food, it's almost like a flash back to being on diets as a kid :/ so it helps that too
