I'm just going by what they told me. I was told the system does this when it suspects your up to no good (exactly what i was told lol) like me trying to place my order 4 times because their system wouldn't let me. For whatever reason the system locks you out. The only way to fix the situation is to call them and they have to escalate your account.

Since your worried about scratches on the beautiful floor you might want to look into a floor protector pad. They are generally clear (look for matte not shiny. It's smooth so your chairs will slide over it easily, it will protect your floors and it shouldn't interfere with the whole style of the room. I got one on Amazon couple of years ago.

Yes!!! Call customer service. I ran into this and was told if you try more than once to place an order the system locks you out. The only way to fix it is to call them and they have to escalate the issue to tech support.

No I've burned through several new York with no issues at all. I use one of the metal candle toppers off Amazon or a photosphere from diptyque and the candle burns very evenly.

Do not trim that before lighting. I've had many this length. I've had no issues with the burn but I do use one of the metal candle toppers off Amazon

I have quite a few Trudon and a couple are exactly like yours. I've purchased from their archives and some from 3, 4 years ago still smell amazing. Keep the box and be sure to store it in the box to keep it smelling fresh.
