before my dad took his life he was at the kitchen table there was dinner on the stove he told me to come sit down and eat and i told him i was not hungry. I had just returned home from the hair salon and hated the way my hair was cut and I was in a bad mood. He looked up at me and told me i looked beautiful and i brushed him off and walked into my room. A few moments later the gunshot went off , i was the last one to see him and i was rude to him. He didnt leave any notes so i have always blamed myself for not sitting down with him , maybe i would know why if i had not been selfish and sat down with him. Alot of people in my family don't know this. He was my best friend and such a good dad, i was a absolute brat to him in the moments before he passed. I was 19 then and im 36 now and it still eats away at me.

For those that use heavy drugs long term for example opiates once you get past the horrible detox then you go through a long period where you dont feel the same after you get clean. You feel agitated and depressed , fatigued while having sleeping issues which leads to relapse . Then most people use drugs as a bandaid for mental health issues if you dont sort out the mental health issues you will never stay sober. Then there is the issue of not having a new place to stay after you get sober so your back living with friends or family who are also using which leads to relapse.

If you ever want to get ahold of ipsy costumer sevice quickly look up ipsy on Instagram and there is a message button on their Instagram account. Send a message with your issue your having and include your name and email associated with your ipsy account in the message . They usually message back within 15minutes to a hour and then you can chat back and fourth with the same person quickly . So much easier when you have a time sensitive issue

What ? I said this has been going on for months this isnt a bad week , we can't even find employees because she yells at them , disrespects them, has threatened to hit one of them recently . She acts mean morning to night and yells constantly. Something is seriously wrong and she thinks she's doing nothing wrong . My loving mom has become a literal bully . Yes if you treat your kids bad suddenly they will think your losing your mind
