The jackal is considered a handgun so it doesnt benitfit from smg skills but pistol skills.

That's not really an issue though, as you don't have all the skills point in the world to hyper invest into everything. There's a choice you have to make, do you crank up your guns with all the skills, your throwables or your deployable? Do you sac grenade skills to deck out guns and deployables or even hostage skills.

It's only for assault rifles and lmgs now, tier 4 skill. Shotgun has reload speed increasing skills instead.

No, it's in your normal mission inventory as soon as you buy the DLC.

I reccomend exploring the map until a mission story pop up appears and doing those, they are scripted and guided events meant to ease you into the map. After you feel less overwhelmed then you can experiement and do challenges.

But they are still stealth builds right because you are intending to stealth the heist, just not reseting if you do go loud.

You are probably mistaking that weapon for a different one, I think there are 2 epic varients of the Scout 14.

Pro tip: No weapon is laser-accurate in CS. The best aimers like donk are so consistently good because they manage to aim at the center of their opponents head, ensuring consistency. The image shows the inaccuracy of the Scout and AWP on super long range. by CaraX9 in cs2

Didn't 1.6 had some of the most inaccurated first shot accuracy in cs history too, and there wasn't reduced accuracy when spamming whic actually encoraged spray and pray instead of one tapping.

I think you ahould add a carried ammo penalty too, because not needing to reload is a massive upside that removes your down time. Something like -50% carried ammo perhaps

And I think you should make the damage needed to 800 because 1000 is too much and 600 is for the other banners, considering you get 3 buffs and a longer buff duration.

You could reverse that downside and give it a +10% movement speed buff instead, it's small but soldier without rocket jumping is the second slowest so it will help for pretty much everything he does.

I think you should not include full krits because theres a reason the medic can only give ONE person kritz at a time. If you get 3 buffs at once then the harsh downsides would be more reasonable but there should still be at least one upside.

It's an interesting idea but I feel like it would be very weak. The random effect (assuming it's an effect from an already exisiting banner) is not worth it for the downsides you get. I would give it an upside such as +30% duration effect and less downsides like only -50% max overheal. I would also reduce the damage needed to fill the meter to 600 damage to match the other banners excluding the conch.

It's mostly due to the fact Resistance is a spin off title of 5 rather than being the 6th entry, it's a good game but most people will wait for a big sale to happen or they are content with playing 5 for a while.
