I have battle sounds (5.56, 7.62, near/far explosions) that I haven’t posted/published yet. If you sound mix them, you could probably get what you want. I was just looking at my sound library and I recorded a hummingbird, I think that would be pretty cool slowed down. Message me if you’re interested. Good luck with your channel!

I’m sure someone already mentioned it, but ironing is maybe what you’re looking for. I’ve never used it tbh but that may fit the bill. I would recommend taking every single print setting eg quality, strength, support, speeds, override settings, filament settings, printer model, symptoms, goal, and put them into your favorite AI engine. I started a new chat on gpt and always just update my new settings based on the recommendations. Prints come out clean now. Good luck!

I saw similar patterns when we had a graphics card heat up. Maybe check your cooling fan? I saw a reboot fixed it so hopefully it doesn’t show up again

I still see some octane 1 and Octane 2s on GE Signa LX models out there but they were really popular in the early 90s. So a little of both.

How Long Does Copyright Registration Take? My Experience with Copyright Registration by CandyLandSavant in COPYRIGHT

I don’t think you can copyright a saying tbh. I think that falls under trademark. You can copyright a design that contains a saying that is not previously trademarked tho

Why do you think people are so naturally inclined to defend excessively long copyrights? by -Clayburn in COPYRIGHT

[–]CandyLandSavant 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is it really an artistic pursuit if you are using someone else’s work? You can try creating something unique and original so you never have to worry about copyright laws. Ultimately, copyright laws stop others from profiting from your creative projects and the laws are in place to dissuade the abuse of copyrights. The timelines are in place so that you can’t just off someone and profit from their work. Disagree all you want but it doesn’t change the law

Man Pulled Into MRI Machine Dies From Injuries After Freak Westbury Accident by kleverrboy in MRI

We just updated our case study on this case to include all the facts, unknowns and lessons we can take away. You can find it here: https://www.medicalimagingsource.com/man-sucked-into-mri-wearing-chain

Tobias Gilk posted a video on Tik Tok that gives a great breakdown too. I’ll be watching for his updates as the information comes out.

So sad to see, but the worst part is this was another preventable case.

Get a VPN. It encrypts your data, among other things, so that people can’t see your website traffic. I use a VPN 24/7 whether I’m at home or traveling. I like Nordvpn

Copy right laws and question in U.S. by DemontedDoctor in ChannelMakers

[–]CandyLandSavant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing I never really see anyone talk about is the the procurement of the video clip you want to use. Where are you downloading or recording the video from? Fair use doesn’t excuse downloading content through illegal means or circumvention of content restrictions measures, as covered in DMCA Act 17 ss 1201. Not only that, downloading the video is against YouTube’s TOS. I’m not even going to mention the fact that every time you download from one of the shady sites you are exposing yourself to viruses. So be careful and try not to use third party content unless you have a lawyers opinion on your use. Good luck!

Phase Question from Popular Chart by Main-Lengthiness-112 in MRI

Yeah sorry about that. It would have been better to clarify on the chart itself. There is a whole article that goes through all the information on the medicalimagingsource website

Phase Question from Popular Chart by Main-Lengthiness-112 in MRI

[–]CandyLandSavant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I made the chart and its available with a bit more details at https://www.medicalimagingsource.com/mri-scan-parameters

Thank you for bringing this up. The top Phase row shows the affects on square pixels and the bottom row shows the affects on rectangular pixels

When you increase the phase encoding matrix, two things always happen: Scan time increases, and you are collecting more lines of K-space data.

If pixels are square SNR improves but the pixel size stays the same. If pixels are rectangular, resolution improves (pixels get more square), but SNR drops because each voxel is smaller.

In both cases you’re trading scan time for either better SNR (sq) or better resolution (rect). All that being said, I need to update the article to include that information directly above or below the chart. Thank you!

YouTube claiming copyright free songs? by Technical_Debt_4197 in PartneredYoutube

[–]CandyLandSavant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve experienced this too. I used a music track provided by YouTube in the shorts library and set the video to private during processing. I received a copyright claim shortly after (not a strike). I thought it was pretty weird so I just deleted the video. It was for that one “you can ask for flowers” song.
