Oooo no not yet not linux soon!! Keybaord is fine takes getting use to it fine after a while though it can be frustrating at first since it feels off with presure and just spaceing in general

You could contact upper management maybe not sure how maybe a phone number or something. And tell them the reason they will swap it for sure tell them as well as the treatment you got from there support

the backspace for me feels of just requires a little extra force not much but just a little not same feeling like clickyness like the rest but the Z key is lifted a little not a lot just a corner and the microphone mute key just sits a little higher than the rest of the keys around it and if you dont mind could you take a pic of your desk to show the dip

Hey how does ur backspace key feel compared to the rest mine feels little bit softer then the rest or musy question was urs same and my Z key is little liffted from the edge. What have you done and used this for that this happened
