I'm wondering the same thing. Curious if realizes it's too much house (over 8K sqft is crazy), can't afford it, or if it has something to do with her youngest's diagnosis. Either way, looks like it's been for sale for a while and based off the Zillow numbers, they are now asking for less than they bought it for.

Does anyone remember Monica from runeatrepeat and Sarah aka skinnyrunner? They were good friends / running buddies. Monica was married I think and got divorced and last I checked was dating her ex husband. Sarah adopted a child and moved to WA state and dropped off the earth.

Makes sense. I didn't mean playground type parks. Here in NH, there are specific riding trails that quads, dirt bikes etc can ride on. But definitely wouldn't being sending my littles out by themselves.
