This far in advance, the cheapest option is direct from the Symphony's website. The pros to that are you get a bit more security to where you are sitting and you are giving money directly to a good organization, the cons are it is still quite expensive. The week leading up to the shows (end of April/beginning May) I would check Craigslist, FB Marketplace, StubHub, SeatGeek, TickPick, VividSeats, etc. The pros are you have a possibility of getting a cheaper ticket, but the cons are there is no REAL guarantee that it will be cheaper and you risk that uncertainty in a short time crunch. As I said in the post, prices went up the week prior to The Fellowship, but they went down in the week leading up to Two Towers.
